The micro powder grinding mill is designed to produce super-fine powder or micro powder of different materials with hardness less than 6 in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment and so on. The granularity of the end products is 325-2500 meshes (0.044-0.0055mm).

The Advantages of Micro Powder Grinding Mill

1. The host of traditional micro powder mill has errors. The larger particles bellowed into the grinding zone and un-grinding particles are often thrown into host, gathered in worm tail, and extends forward to make the air volume gradually reduce, which is easy to cause traffic jams, no powder discharging or less and affect production.

2. The grinding rollers and rings are made of special materials. Generally, their work life is more than one year and it could be as long as two years when processing calcium carbonate. The adoption of pulse dust collector and muffler reduces the industrial dust pollution and noise, which reaches the National Standard.

3. Low product fineness: ordinary powder making machine’s fineness is generally below 500 mesh, these equipment can only occupy the lower-end powder application market, and they do not adapt to the development trend that develop to the fine powder of powder industry in the future.

4. The system efficiency of milling equipment is low and the product collection system of the separation effect is not ideal. A large number of fine powders cannot get effective collection and repeatedly cycle in the system which will cause power waste.

5. Because there are no rolling bearing and bolts in the grinding chamber, the problems of easily damaged bearings and sealings as well as machine damage due to the bolts looseness are avoided.

6. High mechanical failure rate, big power consumption, big noise and large exhaust emissions.
